Service Technician
Provide COMPUTER/NETWORK support in a small office
environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years
experience in IT support/customer service working with
a variety of technologies and network environments.
Windows NT/2000/XP, MS Office, TCP/IP, internet communication
and Active Directory experience highly desirable. A+/Network+
certification preferred. Must have a well maintained
vehicle to visit multiple customer sites on a daily
basis. Must possess excellent customer service skills!
The technician will respond to telephone calls, email
and personnel requests for technical support. Document,
track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines
to perform the functions of the job, while helping
to define their environment with documentation of procedure
and suggest policies. Works under immediate supervision
reporting to a supervisor.
Provides customer assistance with routine maintenance
and problems such as software, hardware and network
operations. Responds to and diagnoses problems through
discussions with users. Includes problem recognition,
research, isolation, and resolution steps within their
day-to-day functions. While the technician will be
able to resolve less complex problems immediately,
a senior level technician or supervisor will be available
for assistance.
This position will occasionally require completion
of tasks which are not necessarily indicated in the
normal day-to-day job function. We are looking for
people that will do whatever it takes to resolve customer
issues which will ensure the success of our company.

Inside
Sales
eFusion is currently looking for a commission only
technology inside sales rep with 3+ years of experience.
Candidate
will work on high-level Inside Sales/Lead Generation
campaigns,
leading to
full-time outside sales positions. Candidate may also
have the opportunity to work from a virtual home office.
We offer the flexibility to work on multiple sales
campaigns, for a variety of technical products & services.
Past sales experience with IBM, Sun, Microsoft, or
Oracle products/services is a huge plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Heavy outbound cold calling to prospective clients
in order to generate interest, develop leads, qualify
prospects, set sales meetings and provide market
feedback
- Provide regular updates on call status, leads generated,
number of appointments set, etc.
Requirements
- 3-10 years technology sales experience. Experience
with IBM, Sun, Microsoft, Oracle or products/services
is a plus
- Aggressive cold calling with the ability to conduct
numerous outbound phone calls per day
- Excellent communication, time management and phone
prospecting skills
- Ability to handle initial objections and prospect
for additional opportunities
- Reliable, self-motivated and the ability to work
unsupervised
