CUSTOMER hereby authorizes eFusion Integrated Solutions Inc., a Texas corporation located at 6140 Highway 6 South MS 198, Missouri City, Texas 77459, hereinafter called COMPANY, to invoice time worked as authorized by CUSTOMER representative's signature on COMPANY timesheet, or by other electronic authorization such as email or web page.

Other Charges.  In addition to our fees, there may be other charges as part of our work.  These charges may include, but not be limited to, such items as photocopying, Fed Ex, long distance telephone charges, fax calls, computerized research and parking.

Invoicing.  We will bill you at least monthly for our fees and other charges, and you agree to pay the invoice at our offices within thirty (30) days of invoice date.  It is not our policy to charge interest on delinquent invoices, but we reserve the right to charge, and you agree to pay, interest on unpaid invoices at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per year.

CUSTOMER understands, and agrees to pay without contest, a penalty fee of $75.00 for any payment returned with notice of insufficient funds. CUSTOMER also understands, and agrees to pay without contest, any collection costs, attorney's fees and or court costs associated with collecting monies owed to COMPANY immediately upon receipt of these costs. In the event of business dissolution, bankruptcy or any form of debt restructuring with this agreement CUSTOMER hereby places COMPANY as primary lien holder ahead of all others for resolution of debts.
